1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Levitate LT UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Johannesstr. 19, 99084 Erfurt, Germany (hereinafter “provider” or “we”) and the customer (hereinafter “customer” or “you”).

4. Limitation of liability
Levitate LT UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is only liable for damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) whose fulfilment makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance the contractual partner may regularly rely.
5. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Erfurt, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
