3. Hosting and content delivery

Netlify

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Netlify collects various log files including your IP addresses. Netlify is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR: we have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website possible. Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.

ImageKit (content delivery network)

For fast delivery of images and videos we use the content delivery network of ImageKit (ImageKit Private Limited). When this content is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the CDN servers for technical reasons. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the performant delivery of our content). No cookies are set and no user profiles are created.

Fonts (locally hosted)

For a consistent appearance, this website uses fonts that are hosted entirely locally on our server. No connection to servers of Google (Google Fonts) or other third parties takes place.

4. Appointment booking with Calendly

For booking intro calls we embed the scheduling service Calendly on our website. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA.

When you open the page with the embedded calendar, data (e.g. your IP address) is transmitted to Calendly; Calendly may also set cookies. If you book an appointment, Calendly additionally processes the data you enter (name, email address, chosen appointment).

The embedding is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in uncomplicated appointment scheduling with prospects) or Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures), insofar as you book an appointment. 5. Notice banner and local storage

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. If you confirm our privacy notice, we store this confirmation exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage, entry “da_notice”). This entry contains no personal data and is not transmitted to us or third parties; it only serves to avoid showing the notice again (§ 25 (2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG). You can delete the entry at any time via your browser settings.
